Jacob Navarro is a first year journalism student at CSD. Navarro is a sophomore in high school and 15 years of age. Navarro is the youngest of two siblings: one sister and one brother. Navarro is a Florida native and moved to North Carolina when he was 10.

Navarro took journalism in middle school and wanted to see what it was like to write on a high school media site. Navarro is, admittedly, not a big writer but wants to get better and looks forward to his time in this class.

In his free time, Navarro enjoys swimming and is in his second year swimming for CSD.  Navarro enjoys his science classes the best and takes AP Environmental Science this year.
